For more details, you can contact the data controller directly as indicated below or consult the website www.varya.it Your data (which cannot be classified as sensitive or of a judicial nature pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree . 196/2003) are / will be processed in relation to contractual requirements and for the fulfillment of the consequent legal, fiscal, administrative obligations, as well as to allow an effective management of financial and commercial relations. This treatment will take place for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently. The data processing takes place / will take place through the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality and can be carried out both on paper and with the aid of electronic tools. Regarding the data that we are obliged to know, in order to fulfill the obligations deriving from current legislation (eg laws, directives, regulations) or from provisions issued by Authorities legitimated for this, failure to provide them by you will result in the impossibility of establishing or continuing the relationship, to the extent that such data are necessary for the execution of the same. For data that we are not obliged to know, failure to obtain them will be evaluated by us from time to time and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance for us of the data requested and not provided by you.
Your data will not be “disseminated” (or data known to indeterminate subjects), while they may be communicated by us to specific subjects, in charge of their treatment, in Italy and abroad, more specifically: – within our Company , to all our staff and offices; – to subjects authorized under current legislation, within the limits of this authorization; – to subjects who need to access your data for purposes auxiliary to the relationship between you and us, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks entrusted to them.
